微量注射泵经深静脉推注葡萄糖酸钙的应用 被引量:3

The application of microinjection pump in deep vein for calcium gluconate

摘要 目的探讨微量注射泵经深静脉推注葡萄糖酸钙的应用效果。方法选取中国人民解放军第180医院2016年1-12月置有深静脉且需要静脉泵入10%葡萄糖酸钙患者90例,按患者入院先后顺序进行编号,采用Excel表随机分为观察组和对照组各45例。观察组患者采用微量注射泵,对照组患者采用传统的手动静脉推注,观察两组患者的不良反应发生率。结果观察组不良反应率为6.67%,明显低于对照组的26.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论使用微量注射泵经深静脉推注10%葡萄糖酸钙出现的不良反应发生率较低,可有效减轻患者治疗时的身心痛苦,同时也减少护理工作量,适合临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the effect of microinjection pump in deep vein for calcium gluconate.Methods 90 cases with the need of 10% calcium gluconate injection by deep vein in The Chinese People's Liberation Army 180 Hospital from January to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group according to patient's order of admission. The observation group was given microinjection pump,the control group was given traditional manual push intravenous injection. The incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 6.67%,which were significantly lower than that of the control group with 26.67%,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). Conclusion The incidence of adverse reactions of intravenous injection of 10% calcium gluconate by microinjection pump is low,which can effectively alleviate the patient's physical and mental pain of treatment,reduce nursing workload,and it is suitable for clinical application.
