社区延续性护理干预对脑卒中患者生存质量的影响

Effect of continued nursing intervention in community on quality of life of stroke patients

目的探析社区延续性护理干预对于提高脑卒中患者生存质量的积极意义。方法在2015年1月-2017年3月出院来社区康复中心的脑卒中患者78例作为本次研究对象,将患者随机分成两组,每组各39例。对照组实施常规社区护理,观察组实施延续性社区护理干预,比较两组患者护理6个月时的生活质量评分(SF-36量表)和治疗依从性。结果观察组治疗依从性为97.44%,高于对照组的82.05%,观察组护理6个月时的SF-36量表各个维度评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区延续性护理干预有助于帮助脑卒中患者养成健康生活方式,提高患者的生存质量,值得在社区护理中推广应用。

Objective To explore the positive significance of community continued nursing intervention in improving the quality of life of stroke patients. Methods 78 patients with stroke in the community who were discharged from the hospital in January 2015 to March 2017 were selected as the participants in this study. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 39 cases in each group. The control group received routine community care,and the observation group underwent continued community nursing intervention. The quality of life score（SF-36 scale） and treatment compliance were compared between the two groups after 6 months of care. Results The treatment compliance of the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than that of the control group with 82.05%;The each dimension score of SF-36 scale at 6 months in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The community continued nursing intervention can help stroke patients develop healthy lifestyle,improve the quality of life of patients,and be worthy of popularization and application in community nursing.
