外治法联合常规护理治疗压疮效果研究

Study on the effect of external therapy combined with conventional nursing in the treatment of bedsore

目的探讨外治法联合常规护理治疗压疮的效果。方法选取平煤神马医疗集团总医院2016年10月-2017年5月收治的出现压疮症状的35例患者为研究对象,根据患者症状随机分为观察组(18例)和对照组(17例)。对照组采用常规护理及治疗的方法,观察组进行了中药外治法加常规护理的治疗,观察两组患者总疗效及骨髓炎、败血症等并发症的发生率。结果观察组总疗效率为94.4%、并发症发生率为5.6%,均优于对照组的82.4%和29.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外治法联合常规护理治疗压疮创面愈合较快,患者对护理工作满意度较高,效果显著,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of external treatment combined with conventional nursing on bedsore. Methods 35 patients with bedsore from October 2016 to May 2017 in General hospital of Pingdingshan Shenma Medical Group were selected as the subjects,and according to the symptoms of the patient,they were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group（18 cases） and the control group（17 cases）. The control group adopted conventional nursing and treatment,the observation group were given external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and conventional nursing. The total efficacy and the incidence of complications such as osteomyelitis and septicemia of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.4%,and the complication rate was 5.6%,which were better than those with 82.4% and 29.4% in the control group. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The bedsore treated by traditional Chinese medicine external treatment combined with conventional nursing is healing faster,and patients are more satisfied with nursing work. The effect is remarkable,the complication rate is lower,and it is worthy of clinical application.
