摘要
目的评价杭州市某新建汽车整车制造项目职业病危害状况及控制效果。方法通过对建设项目进行职业卫生现场调查、作业人员工作日写实、职业卫生检测,进行职业病危害控制效果评价。结果建设单位采取了整改措施后,工作场所各岗位人员接触的化学毒物、粉尘、电焊弧光、激光辐射、手传振动等职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)均符合国家职业接触限值的要求,噪声合格率为88.2%,高温湿球黑球温度(WBGT)指数合格率77.8%。结论整改后,该项目粉尘及化学毒物控制效果较好,接触噪声的工人应加强耳罩或耳塞配戴。由于汽车行业存在的职业病危害因素复杂多样,包括多种有机溶剂、粉尘、多种物理因素等,应引起企业的重视。
[Objective] To assess the occupational hazards and control effect in a new automobile manufacturing project of Hangzhou City.[Methods]The occupational health field survey,characterization of operator's workday,and occupational health detection were adopted to assess the control effect of occupational hazards.[Results] After the implementation of rectification measures,the concentrations/intensities of chemical substances,dust,welding arc,laser and hand-transmitted vibration met the requirements of national standards. The qualified rate of noise and wet bulb globe temperature index(WBGT) was 88.2% and 77.8%,respectively. [Conclusion]After the implementation of rectification measures,the concentrations of chemical substances and dust have been effectively controlled,and the workers exposed to noise must wear ear-plug or ear-muff. Because of the complex occupational hazards in automobile industry,including organic solvent,dust and physical factors,the enterprise should pay enough attention to the occupational hazards.
