Results of occupational health examination among noise-exposed workers in manufacturing industry of Chongqing in 2016

目的分析不同年龄、工龄、经济类型和企业规模噪声作业人员听力检查结果,探讨噪声作业人员听力损失的影响因素。方法收集2016年重庆市制造业的34 340名劳动者双耳高频平均听阈结果并进行分析。结果听力异常率有随年龄、工龄增长而升高的趋势,≥47岁年龄组的听力异常率为24.4%,≥9.1 a工龄组的听力异常率为18.6%;小型企业听力异常率为15.8%,显著高于其他经济类型企业;私有企业听力异常率为15.4%,显著高于其他经济类型企业。结论噪声作业人员听力损失与年龄和工龄有密切关系,小型私有企业为重庆市制造业噪声危害的监管重点。

[Objective]To analyze the hearing test results of noise-exposed workers in different age,seniority,as well as enterprises of different economy type and scale,explore the influencing factors of hearing loss in this population.[Methods] The data of binaural high-frequency average hearing threshold from 34 340 noise-exposed workers in manufacturing industry of Chongqing in 2016 were collected and analyzed.[Results]The abnormal rate of hearing increased with increase of age and seniority. The abnormal rate of workers over 47 years old and workers whose length of service was longer than 9.1 years was 24.4% and 18.6% respectively. The abnormal rate of hearing in small enterprises was 15.8%,which was significantly higher than that in enterprises of other economic types. The abnormal rate of hearing in private enterprises was 15.4%,which was significantly higher than that in enterprises of other economic types.[Conclusion]The hearing loss of noise-exposed workers is closely related to age and seniority,and the small private enterprises are the focus of the noise hazard supervision in manufacturing industry of Chongqing.
