鸡尾酒神经保护剂N6用于外伤性脊髓损伤患者痉挛的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Cocktail Neuroprotective Agents(N6) in Treatment of Spasm in Patient with Traumatic Spinal Cord Injury

摘要 目的:探讨鸡尾酒神经保护剂N6用于外伤性脊髓损伤患者痉挛的临床疗效。方法:回顾性选取2013年1月—2016年6月济南军区总医院确诊为外伤性脊髓损伤的患者189例,按照是否使用鸡尾酒神经保护剂N6分为观察组(102例)与对照组(87例)。观察和比较两组患者在伤后2、12个月的痉挛发生率;对于两组伤后2个月确定发生痉挛的患者,在其伤后12个月观察和比较治疗总有效率。结果:伤后2、12个月,观察组患者痉挛发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。伤后12个月,观察组中痉挛患者治疗总有效率为62.79%(27/43),明显高于对照组的35.85%(19/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鸡尾酒神经保护剂N6可以有效降低外伤性脊髓损伤患者痉挛发生率,且痉挛治愈率较高。 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the clinical efficacy of cocktail neuroprotective agents( N6) in treatment of spasm in patient with traumatic spinal cord injury( TSCI). METHODS: 189 patients with TSCI diagnosed by Jinan Military General Hospital from Jan. 2013 to Jun. 2016 were retrospectively selected and divided into observation group( 102 cases) and control group( 87 cases) according to the application of cocktail neuroprotective agents( N6). The incidence of spasm of two groups were observed and compared at 2 months and 12 months after injured; for patients stricken by spasm at 2 months after injured,the total effective rate at 12 months after injured were observed and compared. RESULTS: At 2 months and 12 months after injured,the incidence of spasm of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). 12 months after injured,the total effective rate of the observation group( 62. 79%,27/43) was significantly higher than that of the control group( 35. 85%,19/53),with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The cocktail neuroprotective agents( N6) can effectively reduce the incidence of spasm in patient with TSCI,with high cure rate.
