疏血通注射液对短暂性脑缺血发作患者颈动脉内中膜厚度及血清C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸水平的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨疏血通注射液对短暂性脑缺血发作患者颈动脉内中膜厚度(IMT)及血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平的影响。方法:选取2015年6月—2016年12月湛江市第一中医医院诊断为短暂性脑缺血发作的住院患者80例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组患者进行西医常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用疏血通注射液,对比观察两组患者治疗前后的IMT及血清CRP、HCY水平。结果:治疗前,两组患者IMT及血清CRP、HCY水平的差异均无统计意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者上述指标水平明显优于本组治疗前,且观察组患者明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在西医常规治疗基础上加用疏血通注射液,可改善短暂性脑缺血发作患者的IMT及血清CRP、HCY水平,从而可预防脑梗死的发生。 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of Shuxuetong injection on intima-media thickness( IMT),serum CPR and homocysteine level( HCY) of patients with transient ischemic attack. METHODS: 80 inpatients with transient ischemic attack admitted into Zhanjiang the First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jun. 2015 to Dec. 2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with western medicine routine treatment,while the observation group additionally received Shuxuetong injection based on the control group. The IMT,serum CRP and HCY level of two groups were compared and observed. RESULTS: Before treatment,there was no statistical significance between two groups in the difference of IMT,serum CRP and HCY level( P〉0. 05). After treatment,the IMT,serum CRP and HCY level of two groups were significantly better than those of control group, and the observation group was significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant difference( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The combination of Shuxuetong with conventional western medicine therapy can improve the IMT,serum CRP and HCY levels of patients with transient ischemic attack,so as to prevent cerebral infarction.
