维生素D联合钙剂辅助干预对多囊卵巢综合征患者氧化应激情况的影响 被引量:11

Effect of Vitamin D Combined with Calcium Assistant Intervention on Oxidative Stress of Patients with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

摘要 目的:探讨维生素D联合钙剂辅助干预对多囊卵巢综合征患者氧化应激情况的影响。方法:选取2015年3月—2016年3月沈阳军区总医院附属北方医院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者84例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组42例。对照组患者给予常规治疗联合钙剂辅助干预,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用维生素D。比较两组患者25-羟维生素D3、钙离子、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化脂、丙二醛、胰岛素、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平的差异。结果:治疗后,两组患者25-羟维生素D3、钙离子、超氧化物歧化酶水平明显高于治疗前,且观察组明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者过氧化脂、丙二醛、胰岛素、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平明显低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:维生素D联合钙剂辅助干预可维持多囊卵巢综合征患者氧化与抗氧化的平衡,控制血糖,改善氧化应激情况,提高疗效。 OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effect of vitamin D combined with calcium assistant intervention on oxidative stress of patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome( PCOS). METHODS: 84 patients with PCOS admitted into the North Hospital Affiliated to the General Hospital of Shenyang Military from Mar. 2015 to Mar. 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional therapy combined with calcium assistant intervention,while the observation group was treated with vitamin D based on the control group. Levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,calcium,superoxide dismutase,lipid peroxide,malonaldehyde,insulin,fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of two groups were compared. RESULTS: After treatment,levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D3,calcium and superoxide dismutase of two groups were significantly higher than those of before treatment,and those of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,with statistically significantly difference( P〈0. 05). After treatment,levels of lipid peroxide,malonaldehyde,insulin,fasting blood-glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of two groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment,and those of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significantly difference( P〈0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: The combination of vitamin D and calcium assistant intervention can maintain the balance between oxidation and antioxidation of patients with PCOS,control the blood-glucose level and improve oxidative stress,so as to promote clinical efficacy.
