美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效及对血浆脑钠肽水平的影响

Efficacy of Metoprolol Combined with Trimetazidine in Treatment of Heart Failure of CHD and Its Effect on Plasma BNP

目的:探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效及对血浆脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法:选取2016年1月—2016年10月牡丹江医学院附属红旗医院收治的冠心病心力衰竭患者114例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组57例。对照组患者给予基础治疗联合曲美他嗪,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用美托洛尔,两组患者均治疗12周。观察两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者治疗前后收缩压(SBP)和血浆BNP水平的差异。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为96.49%(55/57),明显高于对照组的77.19%(44/57),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者SBP和血浆BNP水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组患者明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的疗效显著,可有效改善患者血压、血浆BNP水平。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the efficacy of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in treatment of heart failure of coronary heart disease（ CHD） and its effect on plasma brain natriuretic peptide（ BNP）. METHODS： 114 patients with heart failure of CHD admitted into Hongqi Hospital Affiliated to Mudanjiang Medical College from Jan.2016 to Oct. 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with57 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional therapy combined with trimetazidine,while the observation group was treated with metoprolol based on the control group,both two groups received a 12-week treatment. The clinical efficacy of two groups were observed,the differences of systolic blood pressure（ SBP） and plasma BNP of two groups before and after treatment were compared. RESULTS： The total effective rate of observation group（ 96. 49%,55/57） was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 77. 19%,44/57）,with statistically significantly difference（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the SBP and plasma BNP levels of both groups were significantly lower than those of before treatment,and those of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistically significantly differences（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in treatment of heart failure of CHD was remarkable,which can effectively improve patients ＇ blood pressure and plasma BNP levels.
