热毒宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Reduning Injection in Treatment of Acute Upper Respiratory Infection

目的:探讨热毒宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月—2016年10月章丘市中医医院收治的急性上呼吸道感染患者110例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组患者给予喜炎平注射液治疗,观察组患者给予热毒宁注射液治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及临床症状和体征持续时间。结果:观察组患者的总有效率为94.5%(52/55),明显高于对照组的85.5%(47/55),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者发热、咳嗽、咽喉充血、流涕的持续时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗急性上呼吸道感染的疗效显著。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of Reduning injection in treatment of acute upper respiratory infection. METHODS： 110 patients with acute upper respiratory infection admitted into Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Jan. 2016 to Oct. 2016 were selected and divided into observation group and control group via random number table,with 55 cases in each group. The control group was given Xiyanping injection,while the observation group was treated with Reduning injection. The clinical efficacy,the duration time of symptoms of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The total effective rate of the observation group（ 94. 5%,52/55）was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 85. 5%,47/55）,with statistically significantly difference（ P〈0. 05）. The duration time of fever,cough,throat congestion and rhinorrhea of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group, with statistically significantly differences（ P〈0. 05）.CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of Reduning injection in treatment of acute upper respiratory infection is remarkable.
