布地奈德吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的疗效观察

Observation on Efficacy of Budesonide Inhalation in Treatment of Infantile Acute Infectious Laryngitis

目的:探讨布地奈德吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月—2016年1月黄冈市中心医院收治的急性感染性喉炎患儿88例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。在采用常规支持治疗的基础上,对照组患儿给予地塞米松雾化吸入治疗,观察组患儿在对照组基础上加用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。观察两组患儿的临床症状改善时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患儿声音嘶哑消失时间、咳嗽消失时间、喉梗阻消失时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的总有效率为95.46%(42/44),明显高于对照组的81.82%(36/44),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿不良反应发生率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:布地奈德吸入治疗小儿急性感染性喉炎的疗效显著,可有效改善患儿的临床症状,且不良反应少。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the clinical efficacy of budesonide inhalation in treatment of infantile acute infectious laryngitis. METHODS： 88 children with acute infectious laryngitis admitted into Huanggang Central Hospital from Jan. 2015 to Jan. 2016 were extracted to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 44 cases in each. Two groups were given supportive treatment on a regular basis,the control group was treated with aerosol inhalation of dexamethasone therapy,while the observation group additionally received budesonide inhalation therapy based on the control group. The improvement time of clinical symptoms,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups were observed. RESULTS： The disappearance time of hoarseness,cough and laryngeal obstruction of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of observation group was 95. 46%（ 42/44）,significantly higher than that of control group [81. 82%（ 36/44） ],with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）.There was no statistically significant difference between two groups in the incidence of adverse drug reactions（ P〉0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The efficacy of budesonide inhalation in treatment of infantile acute infectious laryngitis is remarkable,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms with few adverse drug reactions.
