芩香清解口服液药效学研究

Pharmacodynamics Study on Qinxiang Qingjie Oral Solution

目的:探讨芩香清解口服液的药效学作用。方法:采用热板法、醋酸扭体法研究芩香清解口服液对小鼠的镇痛作用;建立家兔及大鼠的发热模型以考察该药的解热作用;通过豚鼠的咳嗽试验及小鼠呼吸道酚红排痰量试验考察该药的镇咳、祛痰作用;建立小鼠二甲苯型炎症及大鼠角叉菜胶型炎症考察该药的消炎作用;考察该药对流感病毒标准株及临床分离株、金黄色葡萄球菌标准株及临床分离株的作用。结果:给药后30、60、90 min,乙酰水杨酸片组、芩香清解口服液高剂量组小鼠的痛阈值明显高于对照组,扭体次数明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给药后1、2、3、4、5、6 h,乙酰水杨酸片组、芩香清解口服液中、高剂量组家兔的体温明显低于对照组;给药后1、2、3、4 h,乙酰水杨酸片组、芩香清解口服液高剂量组大鼠的体温明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复方甘草片组、芩香清解口服液高剂量组豚鼠的咳嗽潜伏期明显长于对照组,咳嗽次数明显少于对照组;氯化铵组与芩香清解口服液中、高剂量组小鼠的酚红含量明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乙酰水杨酸片组、芩香清解口服液高剂量组小鼠的肿胀抑制百分率明显高于对照组;造模后1、2、3、4、5 h,乙酰水杨酸片组与芩香清解口服液中、高剂量组大鼠足体积明显小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。造模对照组幼鼠的肺指数明显高于对照组,病毒灵组、芩香清解口服液中、高剂量组幼鼠的肺指数明显低于造模对照组;复方磺胺甲唑片组与芩香清解口服液中、高剂量组的死亡率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芩香清解口服液具明显的止痛、解热、镇咳、祛痰、消炎、抗菌、抗病毒的作用。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the pharmacodynamics effects of Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution. METHODS：Hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test were adopted to study the abirritation of Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution on mice;models of fever of rabbits and rats were established to inspect its antipyretic effects; cough test of the guinea pigs and respiratory phenol red expectoration test of mice were carried out to inspect its antibechic and expectorant effects; xylenetype inflammation of mice and carrageenin-type inflammation of rats were established to inspect its antiinflammation effects;its effects on standard strains and clinical isolated strains of influenza virus and staphylococcus aureus were inspected.RESULTS： 30,60,90 minutes after administration,the pain threshold values of mice of acetylsalicylic acid tablets group and Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution high dose group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the writhing times were significantly less than the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. 1,2,3,4,5,6 h after administration,the temperatures of rabbits of Acetylsalicylic acid tablets group,Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution mid dose group and high dose group were significantly lower than that of the control group; 1,2,3,4 h after administration,the temperatures of rats of Acetylsalicylic acid tablets group and Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution high dose group were significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The incubation periods of cough of guinea pigs of Compound liquorice tablet group and Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution high dose group were significantly longer than that of the control group,and their cough times were significantly less than that of the control group; the content ofphenol red of mice of ammonium chloride group,Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution mid dose group and high dose group were significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. The percentage of swelling inhibition of mice of acetylsalicylic acid tablets group and Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution high dose group were significantly higher than that of the control group; 1,2,3,4,5 h after the establishment of the model,the foot volumes of rats of Acetylsalicylic acid tablets group,Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution mid dose group and high dose group were significantly less than that of the control group,with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. The lung index of baby mice of molding control group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and virustat group,Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution mid dose group and high dose group were significantly lower than that of the molding control group; the death rates of Compound sulfamethoxazole tablets group,Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution mid dose group and high dose group were significantly lower than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSIONS： The effects of pain-relief,antipyretic,antibechic,expectorant,antiinflammation,antibiosis and antiviral of Qinxiang Qingjie oral solution are remarkable.
