摘要
目的:建立同时测定面痤净软膏中甲硝唑、氯霉素含量的测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定面痤净软膏中甲硝唑、氯霉素的含量。色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-3柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相为0.01 mol/L庚烷磺酸钠缓冲溶液-甲醇(V∶V=68∶32),检测波长为277 nm。结果:甲硝唑在0.06~0.75 mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为97.6%,RSD=1.5%(n=9)。氯霉素在0.02~0.25 mg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为99.4%,RSD=1.6%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便可靠,专属性强,重现性好,可用于面痤净软膏的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE： To establish the method for simultaneous determination of metronidazole and chloramphenicol in Miancuojing ointment. METHODS： To determine the content of metronidazole and chloramphenicol simultaneous in Miancuojing ointment by RP-HPLC. The column was Inertsil ODS-3（ 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase was0. 01 mol/L sodium heptanesulfonate buffer-methanol（ V ∶ V = 68 ∶ 32）,the detection wavelength was 277 nm. RESULTS：Metronidazole within the range of 0. 06-0. 75 mg/ml showed a good linear relationship,and the average recovery rate was97. 6%,RSD = 1. 5%（ n = 9）. Chloramphenicol within the range of 0. 02-0. 25 mg/ml showed a good linear relationship,the average recovery rate was 99. 4%,RSD = 1. 6%（ n = 9）. CONCLUSIONS： This method is simple and reliable with strong specificity,good reproducibility,and can be used for quality control of Miancuojing ointment.
