摘要
目的了解苏州市二级、三级医院ICU患者营养支持中的医护合作状况并分析其影响因素。方法采用医生和护士合作量表,对苏州市5所二级医院、10所三级医院ICU的331名医生和护士进行调查。结果二级、三级医院ICU患者营养支持中医生评价的医护合作状况优于护士。职业、工作年限、学历、技术职称等是其影响因素。结论二级、三级医院ICU患者营养支持中医护合作状况处于中等水平,管理者应根据其影响因素制订措施以提高营养支持中的医护合作水平。
Objective To investigate the status of physician-nurse collaboration in nutritional support among ICU patients in 2-level and 3-level hospitals in Suzhou,and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods Totally,331 physicians and nurses were investigated by the Nurse-Physician Collaboration Scale (NPCS) in 5 2-level hospitals and 10 3-level hospitals in Suzhou.Results The level of physician-nurse collaboration in physicians was superior to that of nurses.Multiple regression analysis showed that profession,work seniority,education and professional title were the influencing factors of physician-nurse collaboration.Conclusion The physician-nurse collaboration in nutritional support among ICU patients in 2-level and 3-level hospitals is at a moderate level.Administrators should take measures to improve the physician-nurse collaboration according to the influencing factors.
