人工耳蜗植入患儿父母家庭动力学与悦纳进取的相关性

Correlation between family dynamics and positive acceptance among parents of children with cochlear implant

目的探讨人工耳蜗植入患儿父母家庭动力学与悦纳进取的关系,为临床护士对患儿父母进行家庭动力评估及干预提供参考意见。方法对323名人工耳蜗植入患儿父母采用系统家庭动力学自评量表和悦纳进取量表进行问卷调查。结果家庭动力学和悦纳进取分值分别为(3.08±0.33)分和(3.23±0.37)分,家庭动力学与悦纳进取呈显著正相关,家庭动力学3个维度能有效预测悦纳进取。结论患儿父母家庭动力学和悦纳进取均呈中等程度,家庭动力学能预测悦纳进取,临床护士应对患儿父母进行家庭评估和干预以促进其具有较高的悦纳进取程度。

Objective To explore the relationship between family dynamics and positive acceptance among parents of children with cochlear implant,and to provide reference for clinical nurses on family dynamics assessment and intervention for parents of children.Methods Totally,323 cases of parents of children with cochlear implant were investigated the systematic self-rating scale of family dynamics and the positive acceptance scale.Results The scores of family dynamics and positive acceptance were （3.08 ±0.33） and （3.23 ± 0.37） respectively.Family dynamics was positively related to positive acceptance,and 3 dimensions of family dynamics could effectively predict positive acceptance.Conclusion The family dynamics and positive acceptance among parents of children with cochlear implant all show moderate level.Family dynamics can predict positive acceptance,and clinical nurses should take family assessment and intervention for parents of children so as to promote a higher level of positive acceptance.
