摘要
本研究通过5种浓度Hoagland溶液处理,研究不同浓度营养液对种子萌发特征、幼苗形态和矿质元素含量的影响。试验在1倍标准Hoagland溶液浓度基础上设置了5个不同倍数的浓度,分别为0(CK)、0.5、1、1.5、2倍。测定不同浓度下紫美人(Purple beauty)和绥阳小米椒种子萌发、幼苗生长形态、叶绿素SPAD值、有机质分配和主要矿质元素含量的变化。结果表明,在Hoagland溶液浓度低于1.5倍时,各项种子萌发指标同对照组比较差异不显著,当浓度高于1.5倍后部分萌发指标受到抑制。在浓度低于1倍时,幼苗株高、主根长和叶绿素SPAD值均随着营养液浓度增加而增长,浓度高于1倍后三项指标均随着营养液浓度增加而减少,且各个浓度处理下较对照组差异显著。根冠比在浓度低于1倍Hoagland溶液时随着营养液浓度增加而降低,在高于1倍浓度后随着浓度增加而增加,各处理组同对照组间差异显著。植株全氮和全钾随着Hoagland溶液浓度增加而增加,而磷含量在Hoagland溶液浓度超过1倍后出现下降,且各处理组与对照组差异显著。综合各项指标得出,1倍Hoagland溶液不影响辣椒萌发,能促进植株生长,有利于叶绿素合成和有机产物的合理分配,同时也促使植株氮磷钾含量维持在正常范围,因此该浓度营养液适合在辣椒漂浮育苗中使用。
This research studied the effect of nutrient in different concentration on germination characteristics,seedling morphology and mineral elements by treating them with Hoagland solution in 5 different concentrations.We set up five different multiples concentrations based on the standard Hoagland solution, which was 0(CK), 0.5,1, 1.5, 2 times. We measured the seed germination, seedling growth, chlorophyll SPAD value, organic matter distribution and main mineral elements content of purple beauty and Suiyang millet pepper with different treatments. The result showed that when Hoagland solution was less than 1.5 times, the seed germination had no significant differences with the result of control group. And the germination was restrained when it was higher than1.5 times. When concentration was less than 1 time, the height of seedling plant, length of main root and the value of chlorophyll SPAD were grows as concentration increased. Three indexes decreased with the increase of nutrient solution concentration when it was higher than 1 time Hoagland solution, and there is a significant difference compare with control group. When the Hoag land solution was less than 1 times, the root-shoot ratio decreased with the nutrient solution concentration increased, it grew with the nutrient solution concentration increased when the Hoagland's solution was higher than 1 times, and there was a significant difference with the compare of control group. Plant nitrogen and potassium content grew with the nutrient solution concentration increased, but plant phosphorus decreased with the nutrient solution concentration increased, and a significant difference was found in ever treatment compared with control group. In 5 concentration of Hoagland's solution, the 1 time Hoagland 's solution would not affect the germination of pepper, but could promote the growth of plants, and was beneficial to the reasonable distribution of the chlorophyll synthesis and organic products. By the way, it also prompted plant NPK content in the normal range. Since that, we found that the 1 time Hoagland 's solution was suitable for the pepper floating system.
