阴式全子宫切除术加阴道前后壁修补术治疗子宫脱垂患者92例疗效观察

Clinical analysis of transvaginal hysterectomy plus anterior and posterior colporrhaphy on patients with uterine prolapse 92 cases

目的子宫脱垂阴式全子宫切除术联合阴道前后壁修补术治疗的效果评价分析。方法以开封市妇幼保健院2015年4月—2016年4月收治的92例子宫脱垂患者为研究对象,按手术术式分为观察组行阴道前后壁修补术及阴式全子宫切除术、对照组仅行阴道前后壁修补术。比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症发生情况。结果观察组治愈率为89.1%显著优于对照组63.0%(P<0.05)。结论治愈率高,复发率低的阴式全子宫切除术联合阴道前后壁修补术是治疗子宫脱垂的理想方案,推荐临床治疗多加采用与推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of transvaginal hysterectomy plus anterior and posterior colporrhaphy in the treatment of uterine prolapse. Methods Totally 92 patients with uterine prolapse in oar hospital from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups ： the study group and the control group. The study group applied transvaginal hysterectony plus anterior and posterior colporrhaphy, while the control group applied anterior and posterior colporrhaphy. The operation time, mean bleeding volum, hospital stays and complication occurrence were compared be- tween the two groups. Results The cure rate was better in the study group than in the eontrot group（ 89. 1% vs 63.0%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion For treating patients with uterine prolapsed, transvaginal hysterectomy plus anterior and posterior colporrhaphy has high effective rate and low recurrence rate, which should be widely used in clinical practice.
