H型高血压患者血浆致动脉硬化指数水平变化及意义

Changes and significance of atherogenic index of plasma levels in patients with type H hypertension

目的探讨H型高血压患者血浆致动脉硬化指数(AIP)水平的变化及其与同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的相关性。方法 116例高血压患者,根据血浆Hcy水平的不同分为H型高血压组(HH组,76例)和非H型高血压组(NHH组,40例),同时选择40例于本院行体检的健康者为对照组(NT组)。比较三组研究对象血压、血糖、AIP、Hcy、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)指标水平。结果 HH组与NHH组患者收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)高于NT组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);HH组与NHH组患者SBP、DBP比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组研究对象的血糖水平两两比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HH组与NHH组患者血浆Hcy、hs-CRP、AIP高于NT组,HH组患者血浆Hcy、hs-CRP、AIP明显高于NHH组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。H型高血压患者血浆Hcy水平与AIP呈正相关(r=0.712,P<0.05)。结论 H型高血压患者AIP水平进一步升高,动脉粥样硬化(AS)化程度更明显,且Hcy与AIP水平呈正相关。

Objective To investigate the changes of atherogenic index of plasma（AIP） levels in patients with type H hypertension and its correlation to homocysteine（Hcy）. Methods A total of 116 hypertension patients were divided by different plasma Hcy level into type H hypertension group（HH group, 76 cases） and non type H hypertension group. 40 healthy person undergoing physical examination as control group（NT group）. Comparison were made on blood pressure, blood glucose, AIP, Hcy, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP） levels in three groups. Results HH group and NHH group had higher systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） than NT group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. HH group had no statistically significant difference in SBP and DBP comparing with NHH group（P〉0.05）. Three groups had no statistically significant difference in blood glucose levels（P〉0.05）. HH group and NHH group had higher plasma Hcy, hs-CRP and AIP than NT group, and HH group had obviously higher plasma Hcy, hs-CRP and AIP than NHH group. Their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Plasma Hcy level was positively correlated to AIP in type H hypertension patients（r=0.712, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The level of AIP in patients with type H hypertension is further increased, and the degree of atherosclerosis（AS） is more obvious. Hcy is positively correlated with AIP level.
