贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀钙对糖尿病肾病的治疗价值评析

Evaluation on therapeutic value of benazepril combined with atorvastatin calcium in diabetic nephropathy

目的观察贝那普利、阿托伐他汀钙联合疗法在糖尿病肾病中的治疗效果,并对联合疗法临床应用价值进行分析。方法 90例糖尿病肾病患者根据意愿分为观察组与对照组,各45例。观察组采用贝那普利+阿托伐他汀钙联合疗法进行治疗,对照组单纯给予贝那普利治疗,对两组患者临床治疗情况进行比较。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为88.89%,明显高于对照组的62.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的22.22%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利、阿托伐他汀钙联合疗法治疗糖尿病肾病,临床效果明显,且具有用药安全性,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of benazepril and atorvastatin calcium combination therapy in diabetic nephropathy, and analyze the clinical application value of compbined therapy. Methods A total of 90 diabetic nephropathy patients were divided by wishes into observation group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with benazepril ＋ atorvastatin calcium, and the control group was treated with benazepril. Clinical treatment condition in two groups was compared. Results The observation group had obviously higher total effective rate of clinical treatment as 88.89% than 62.22% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The observation group had obviously lower incidence of adverse reactions as 6.67% than 22.22% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Benazepril and atorvastatin calcium combination therapy shows obvious clinical effect in treating diabetic nephropathy, and it has medication security. So it is worthy of clinical promotion.
