创伤急救护理对严重创伤患者有效抢救时间和抢救成功率的影响

Influence of trauma emergency nursing on effective rescue time and rescue success rate of severe trauma patients

目的探讨创伤急救护理对严重创伤患者有效抢救时间和抢救成功率的影响。方法 74例严重创伤诊断患者,按照双盲法随机分配原则分为对照组和实验组,每组37例。对照组患者给予常规护理方式,实验组患者在常规护理方式的基础上给予急救护理干预。对比两组患者实施不同护理方案后的临床指标。结果实验组患者的抢救成功率为86.49%,明显高于对照组的56.76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的有效抢救时间(45.81±17.91)h明显短于对照组的(64.33±18.39)h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者总满意度97.30%明显高于对照组的75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对严重创伤患者给予创伤急救护理干预,能够有效缩短患者的抢救时间,提高抢救成功率,使得严重创伤患者的病情得到科学控制,对患者身体质量的提升具有至关重要的现实意义,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the influence of trauma emergency nursing on effective rescue time and rescue success rate of severe trauma patients. Methods A total of 74 severe trauma patients were divided by double blind method into control group and experimental group, with 37 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing method, and the expeirmental group received emergency nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing. Clinical indexes in two groups after nursing was compared. Results The experimental group had obviously higher rescue success rate as 86.49% than 56.76% in the control group, andthe difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously shorter effective rescue time as（45.81±17.91） h than（64.33±18.39） h in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The experimental group had obviously higher total satisfaction degree as 97.30% than 75.68% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Emergency nursing intervention for severe trauma patients is of great practical significance, and it can effectively shorten the rescue time, improve rescue success rate, scientifically control the condition of severe trauma patients and improve their physical quality. So it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
