中医手法配合针灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical study of manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc

目的探析中医手法配合针灸疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 62例腰椎间盘突出症患者,经医院医学伦理委员会审核通过后,采用随机信封法分为参照组和实验组,每组31例。参照组给予针灸治疗,实验组则应用中医手法配合针灸治疗。对比两组临床效果。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率96.77%高于参照组的77.42%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后1、3、6 d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均低于参照组,日本骨科学会(JOA)评分高于参照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,给予中医手法配合针灸疗法的临床效果较显著,减轻其疼痛程度,改善临床症状,提高了患者的日常活动能力,临床推广价值极高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture in the treatment of protrusion of lumbar intervertehral disc. Methods A total of 62 protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc patients were divided by envelope method into control group and experimental group, with 31 cases in each group： The control group was treated with acupuncture, and the experimental group was treated with manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Clinical effect in two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had higher total treatment effective rate as 96.77% than 77.42% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The experimental group had lower visual analogue scale （VAS） score in postoperative 1, 3 and 6 d than the control group, and higher Japan Orthopedic Association （JOA） score than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Manipulation of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture shows remarkable clinical effect in treating patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc, and it can reduce the degree of pain, improve clinical symptoms, and improve the daily activities ability of patients. So it contains high clinical promotion value.
