摘要
中军潭水电站于1993年投产运行,经过20多年的运行,电站存在设施、机电设备老化,运行参数下降,故障率上升等问题;并且由于发电机存在缺陷,影响电站正常运行,水资源得不到充分利用。本文通过对电站增效扩容改造前影响出力、效率潜力的分析,确定"增效、扩容"改造措施。经改造后实际运行验证,电站机组出力、效率大幅提升,安全性、可靠性、经济效益得到很大提高。
Zhongjuntan Hydropower Station was put into operation in 1993. The hydropower station has the following problems after operating for more than 20 years: aging facilities and electromechanical equipment,decreasing operation parameters and rising failure rate,etc. In addition,normal operation of the hydropower station is affected due to defect in the power generator,and water resources are not fully utilized. In the paper,influence output and efficiency potential before efficiency improvement and capacity expansion reconstruction of the hydropower station are analyzed,and the measures for ‘efficiency improvement and capacity expansion ' reconstruction are determined. The unit output and efficiency of the hydropower station are greatly improved according to actual operation verification after reconstruction. The safety,reliability and economic benefits are greatly improved.
