With the improvement of the development environment, China railwater combined transport has maintained a rapid growth in recent years. In order to adapt to this medium-and long-term development trend, we should accelerate the promotion of the service of railwater combined transport. Thanks to the comparative advantage of shipping channel, China's coastal areas take the lead in economic globalization, increasing in our country's economy and foreign trade status since China's reform and opening up. The container trade is mainly generated in the coastal area, economically determining the container's road-river transportation principal, and water-water combined transport complementary. In 2016, sea-rail combined transport accounted for about 1.2% of port container throughput. With the development of regional coordinated development, the economic and trade of inland regions of China has been growing faster than that of the eastern seaboard, which has become the main driving force for the development of rail-water combined transport.
