四肢CTA在血管损伤中的临床诊断价值

The clinical diagnostic value of CTA in vascular injuries of limbs

目的探讨四肢CTA在血管损伤中的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2016年3月-7月北京市红十字会急诊抢救中心收治的外伤行四肢CTA检查患者167例，其中男145例，女22例，平均年龄44．3岁。结果167例外伤患者中CTA检查阳性患者48例，阳性率28．7％。术中发现，cTA显示阳性结果与实际完全相符。该48例患者均行B超血管检查，发现阳性患者39例，阳性率81．3％。结论CTA对于四肢血管损伤能够清晰显示损伤或断裂部位，明确周围是否伴有血栓形成，为四肢外伤患者明确是否合并血管损伤提供直接依据。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of CTA in detecting vascular injuries of limbs.Method Retrospectively analyzed 167 trauma patients from March to July in 2016 from Beijing Red Cross emergency rescue center who received limbs CTA examination, including 145 male cases and 22 female cases; The average age was 44.3 years old . Result 48 cases showed positive results of vascular injuries and accounted for 28.7% of total cases. Conc I us i on Images of CTA showed the accurate locations of injury and rupture clearly as well as thrombosis, which provided obvious evidence of limbs trauma combined with vascular injuries.
