节能接触器对整车的干扰及抑制分析

摘要 根据车辆在80 kHz、100 kHz、120 kHz频点测试结果未满足GB/T 18387要求的情况,结合接触器工作原理,介绍了两种不同类型节能接触器的优缺点,并针对脉宽调制(PWM)型节能接触器,采用电容滤波及π型滤波等抑制措施,帮助整车顺利通过认证测试。 According to the test results over GB/T 18387 cases that the vehicle at 80 kHz,100 kHz,120 kHz frequency. Combined with the working principle of contactor, the advantages and disadvantages of two different types of energy-saving contactors is described in this paper. And for the pulse width modulation type energy-saving eontactor, the rectification proposal about capacity filter and pi-filter is put forwarded. These proposal help the vehicle successfully passed the test.
