摘要 传统以太网模块的布线方法丢包率过高,通过在PCB板布线上采用差分线分段等长(提升差分线共模抑制比)、分段计算走线阻抗(提升阻抗一致性)、隔层回流(提升阻抗一致性)、挖空PCB局部区域(提升外界干扰的平衡性)等4项创新性方案后,大幅度提升了车载以太网的抗干扰性能,顺利通过了测试验证,且做到了丢包率为零的完美结果。 Data PLR (packet loss rate) is very high if use traditional layout solutions for vehicle-mounted Ethernet, after we adopt 4 items innovative solutions: differential pair equal length lay subsection (promote CMRR of differential traces), calculate trace impedance by subsection (promotec onsistency of impedance), use interlayer return path (promote consistency of impedance), cavern out local area of PCB (improve the interfering signal balance outside), then promote Elhernet's immunity perfurmance by a large margin and pass EMC tes, acquire a perfect resuh with 0% PI,R.
