摘要
为了贯彻《国家中长期教育改革与发展纲要》,造就一支高素质、专业化中小学校长队伍,教育部先后制定了《义务教育学校校长专业标准》等文件,旨在培养高素质、专业化的中小学校长队伍,促进中小学校长队伍把握办学方向、提高专业素质、提升治校能力、促进义务教育均衡发展和落实新课程改革稳步推进。吉林省在"十二五"期间,科学制定中小学校长培训的政策规划,积极建构中小学校长培训的"三大格局",努力探索中小学校长有效的培训模式,增强了中小学校长培训专业化的内生性,质效性,树立了吉林省中小学校长培训工作在全国的影响力和感召力。

Jilin province in the "I 2th Five-Year"period, the scientific development of headmaster training policy planning, active construction of primary and Secondary School Principals Training "three pattern", to explore the principals of effective training mode, enhance the endogenous principals training professional, quality and efficiency, establish the training of school principals in Jilin work on the influence and appeal.
