应用型转型背景下地方师范院校师范生教学能力培养的问题与措施 被引量:5

摘要 当前地方高校面临着应用型转型的处境,在此背景下,不少人还存在着对应用型人才的认识误区,地方师范院校的师范生教学能力的培养还存在着与中小学实际脱节、不重视学生口头表达能力训练、学生见习机会不多、试讲得到的指导有限、对学生实习监管不力等问题。因此,对师范生教学能力的培养应该采取以下措施:教学应该注重与中小学教学实际的联系;注重学生口头表达能力的训练;增加师范生课堂教学见习的机会;加强师范生校内课堂教学试讲的组织和管理;严格管理和监控学生的教育实习。只有这样,才能确保师范生的就业竞争能力。 With application transformation in normal colleges, quite a few people still have a misunderstanding of application talents; as to develop normal college students' teaching ability, normal colleges don' t do well in combining with actual situation in primary and middle schools, paying much attention to normal college students' oral expressions, giving them enough chances to practice, guiding them in trial lectures, and overlook their exercitation. Therefore, in order to develop students' teaching ability, the following measures should be taken by normal colleges: combine with actual situation in primary and middle school; pay much atten- tion to students' oral expressions; add chances of teaching practice; strengthen their ability in organization and management in class; manage and overlook their teaching exercitation strictly. Only in this way, can the competitive ability in job hunting of normal col- lege students be ensured.
