护士共情能力结构及作用研究

Study on Structure and Function of Nurse's Empathic Ability

共情指体验他人的内心世界如同体验自己的内心世界一样。近年来紧张的护患关系及多发的护患纠纷亟待解决,共情作为一种解决良方日渐受重视。本文对护士共情的内涵、结构及共情进行阐述,以期对缓解护患关系和减少护患纠纷产生积极作用,为护士共情能力的培养提供参考依据。

Empathic ability means the experience of other people＇s inner world as experience their own inner world. Recently, the tense relations between nurses and patients and increasingly multiple disputes between nurses and patients need to be solved. Em- pathic ability, as a perfect solution, is being valued increasingly day by day. In this paper, the connotation, structure and function of nurses＇ empathic ability is expounded, which for the sake of having a positive effect to ease the tense relationship between nurses and patients and reduce the disputes between nurses and patients, and provide meaningful reference for fostering empathic ability of nurses.
