航空法学特色专业建设任重道远,一些希望通过航空法特色专业在法学教育中占一席之地的院系对于航空法特色及航空法学特色的认识尚不深入,对于航空法学与其他法学学科之间的关系也未能展开思考,因而其建设还存在诸多问题。航空法的特色在于其特殊性,这构成航空法学特色专业建设的基石。航空法学特色专业应当设置以航空法学学科体系为核心的课程体系,并充分重视实践教育的自体验模式。

We have a long way to go for the establishment of specialty featured by air law as some law schools which hope to be outstanding and unique in legal education have not understood the features of air law and science of air law thereof deeply and clearly. People also omit the relationship among the science of air law and other jurisprudences. Therefore, there exists some difficulties during the establishment of specialty featured by air law. The feature of air law is its particularity, which constitutes the foundation for setting specialty featured by air law. The curriculum system shall be set on the basis of the system of the science of air law, and the self-experience cultivating mode shall be paid emphases on during the establishment of specialty featured by air law.
