国际学生流动研究文献述评

Literature Review of International Student Mobility

随着全球化和知识经济化的不断发展,确保和培养具备国际通用知识和技术的人力资源成为各国的核心任务。近年来,中国为适应国际化趋势开展了留学中国计划。在此背景下,流向中国的国际学生数量越来越多,中国已经成为亚洲留学大国。与此同时,近年来国内外关于国际学生流动的相关研究快速增加。为能有效研究国际学生流动现象,有必要先对国际学生流动的文献进行综述。通过文献梳理,本研究将国际学生流动的主要因素归纳为三个方向,即国际学生流动的趋势、国际学生流动的影响因素、国际学生流动的收获。

With the globalization and the development of knowledge-based economy, ensuring and fostering human resources with international common knowledge and skills has become a central task for all countries. In recent years, China has been progressing ＇Study China＇ plan to adapt the international trend. In this context, the number of international students to China is increasing and China has become a biggest country to study abroad in Asia. Research on the international student mobility is increasing. It is necessary to review the literature on international student mobility. Through the literature review this study concluded three directions, such as trends, the influencing factors and the gains of international student mobility.
