摘要
河南省经济转型期,创新型智库人才建设尚未构建成熟,对创新型智库人才建设中的组织结构和框架、运营模式、业务组合流程、绩效考评方法、成本控制手段、人力资本投入量等问题均需要一系列完备的筹划。完善和创新河南省创新型智库人才培养路径应在河南省创新型智库人才的建设现状和管理机制的基础上,改善河南省创新型智库人才的组成结构,加大对河南省创新型智库人力资本资金的投入量,着重培养河南省创新型智库管理运营管理人才,逐步完善河南省创新型智库人才的管理模式和规章制度。
Innovative think tank persons of development have not built a mature and innovative personnel development in EIT of Henan Province.There are a lot of tasks need to be done, such as the organizational structure, operational mechanism, business processes, performance evaluation, cost control, human capital and other issues require a series of comprehensive planning in think tank of development. Improvement and innovation of think tank person' s training path should be based on the situation and manage- ment mechanism of innovation in Henan Province. There are a lot of tasks need to be done in the construction of an innovative think tank personnel status, improving the innovation think tank personnel structure, increasing investment in human capital and innova- tive of think tank and improving the talent management mechanism of innovation think tank in Henan Province.
