药品库位编码在西药房管理中的应用的价值

The value of drug storehouse coding in management of Western pharmacy

目的探讨药品库位编码在西药房药品管理及处方调配方面所产生的作用。方法采用回顾性分析和问卷调查形式,对2014年1月至2016年12月西药房应用药品库位编码管理前后药师熟悉药房时间、处方调配工作效率、窗口服务质量及药品盘存时间等数据,应用Excel表进行统计分析。结果应用药品库位编码管理后,药师熟悉药房时间缩短了64.7%,处方调配工作效率增加了91.9%,窗口服务质量平均满意度为90.0分,药品盘存时间缩短55.0%。结论药品库位编码管理模式便捷、高效,实行药品库位编码后既减轻了药师工作压力,也方便了患者,窗口服务质量明显提高。

Objective To study the role of drug store location code in drug administration and prescription allocation in Western pharmacy.Methods Using retrospective analysis and the questionnaire survey form,For from January 2014 to December 2016,pharmacy pharmacist before and after the application of drug location coding management,prescription deployment of work efficiency,time window is familiar with pharmacy service quality and inventory data such as time, drug application of Excel table for statistical analysis.Results After application of drug location coding management,pharmacists familiar with pharmacy time reduced by 64.7%,the prescription deployment work efficiency increased by 91.9%,window service quality satisfaction with an average of 90.0 points,drug inventory time reduced by 55.0%.After a drug location coding, both reduced the pharmacist working pressure and also convenient for patients, window service quality has improved significantly.Conclusion The drug storehouse coding management model is convenient and efficient.After the coding of drug storehouse location,the work pressure of pharmacists is reduced,and the patients＇ service quality is improved obviously.
