Research on Strategic Procurement of Chinese Mineral-Resource Enterprises

当今全球经济与科技的快速发展中,各国间竞争的本质是资源的竞争。中国经济的发展对资源的依赖程度越来越高,优先抢占资源,资源优化配置,建立科学采购战略,无论对于促进矿业企业可持续发展还是提升矿业企业在行业中乃至全球的竞争优势都具有重要的作用和意义。本文以战略采购管理为着眼点,分析其与传统采购的区别和联系,进一步分析其在矿产行业采购的应用及对我国矿业企业采购提出优化建议。

In the course of the rapid development of global economy and technology,the essence of world competition is the competition of resources. As China develops economically,it becomes increasingly depended on the resources. Thus,the preemption of resources,the optimization of resources allocation,and the establishment of scientific procurement strategy are very crucial and of great significance to facilitate sustainable development of mining enterprises and enhance mining enterprises＇ competitive advantage in the industry and in the world. This paper emphasizes on the strategic procurement management,analyzes its differences and relations with traditional procurement. On that basis,this paper ulteriorly analyzes the application prospect of strategic procurement management in the mineral industry and proposes optimization recommendations for domestic mining enterprises.
