电解铝阳极焙烧过程中会产生大量的高温沥青烟气,需要用水对烟气进行冷却后通过收尘器进行净化,冷却水的用量直接影响冷却效果,控制不好容易导致着火或者湿塔,本文主要论述冷却水阀架上FISHER调节阀对水量进行控制的工作原理及日常检查与维护的方法。

After the electrolytic aluminum anode baking flue gas is purified and cooled, a large amount of wastewater will be produced. It is necessary to control the discharge of wastewater after production by using FISHER control valve. This paper mainly discusses the working principle of FISHER control valve for industrial fluid control and the routine inspection and maintenance process.
