摘要
本文将无烟煤在电阻炉中进行高温煅烧和在自制石墨化炉中进行石墨化,通过X射线衍射分析发现,经过石墨化之后的无烟煤结晶较好。无烟煤石墨化后灰分降低,挥发分几乎完全挥发出去。在同一条件下测得1600℃煅烧无烟煤的粉末电阻率为1590μΩ·m,而在石墨化炉中煅烧的无烟煤粉末电阻率降到491~688μΩ·m。
It is found that by the X-ray diffraction analysis, crystallization of the anthracite after being graphitized is better than raw anthracite. Some ash content deceases and the volatile parts fell from after being graphitized. In addition, the resistivity of anthracite powder after being calcined at 1600℃ is 1590μΩ · m, and the resistivity of anthracite powder after being graphitized in furnace is 491~ 688μΩ · m.
