用氧化镁的弱碱性蒸馏出土壤样品中铵态氮被盐酸溶液吸收,在碱性条件下与纳氏试剂络合生成黄色络合物,进行比色测定。与传统方法比较,本方法操作简单,检测效率高,为土壤铵态氮测定提供了一种蒸馏快速、结果准确可靠的检测方法。

Ammonium nitrogen was distilled from hydrochloric acid by weakly alkaline distillation of magnesium oxide, and yellow complex was formed by complexation with Nessler＇s reagent under basic conditions. The colorimetric assay was carried out. Compared with the traditional method, this method is more efficient and accurate and reliable. It provides an accurate and rapid method for the determination of ammonia nitrogen.
