基于EDTA容量法的锑高铅矿石中铅含量检测研究

摘要 目前,利用国标方法检测锑高铅矿石中铅含量已经无法满足现阶段的工业需求,针对此,本文提出基于EDTA容量法检测锑高铅矿石的铅含量。该方法采用硝硫混酸溶解试样,加入适量的酒石酸络合锑及铋等部分干扰元素,在PH5.5—6.0醋酸—醋酸钠缓冲溶液中将硫酸铅转化为醋酸铅,以二甲酚橙为指示剂,EDTA法测定铅含量。通过步骤优化,基本做到符合工业细化标准的锑高铅矿石中铅含量检测标准,经过与参考物质比对,结果与推荐值吻合。 At present, using the national standard method to detect lead content in antimony high lead ore has not been able to meet the industrial demand at this stage. For this purpose, this paper proposes to determine the lead content of antimony high lead ore based on EDTA capacity method. This method adopts mixed acid dissolving, adding tartaric acid complex of antimony and bismuth interference elements, into PH5.5-6 lead acetate in acetic acid sodium acetate buffer solution, lead sulfate, two with xylenol orange as indicator, the EDTA method for determination of lead content. Through the optimization of steps, the standard of lead content in antimony high lead ore which conforms to the industrial refining standard has been basically achieved. After comparing with reference material, the result is in conformity with the recommended value.
