摘要 进入21世纪,随着日益加剧的市场竞争,企业生存和发展的关键,就是需要不断创新新技术,研发和设计高质量、低成本的新产品。旨在对市场的变化快速响应,满足市场多产品小批量的需求,用新产品去引导市场。本文首先对金属板料渐进成形技术的原理和分类进行了介绍,在此基础上,对一种小型金属板料数控渐进成形机床的总体布局和设计进行了分析。旨在更好的满足教学和科研的需求,帮助人们更好的认识金属板料数控渐进成形机床。 In the 21st century, with the increasing market competition, the key to enterprise survival and development is the need to innovate new technologies, develop and design high quality and low cost new products. Designed to respond quickly to changes in the market to meet the needs of small multi-product market demand, with new products to guide the market. In this paper, the principle and classification of metal sheet incremental forming technology are introduced. On this basis, the overall layout and design of a small metal sheet metal incremental forming machine are analyzed. Designed to better meet the needs of teaching and research to help people better understand the knowledge of NC incremental forming machine for sheet metal.
