摘要
为了降低感应加热设备中的损耗,对此通过不锈钢和铜这两种材料在不同的磁场中对吸收能量进行分析得出结论 :不同的两种材料拥有不同的电阻率在进行能量吸收时存在着一个临界的尺寸,在尺寸之上,不锈钢吸收的能量大于铜吸收的能量;在尺寸以下,不锈钢所吸收的能力小于铜所吸收的能力。在此之中需要注意的是临界尺寸不是一个固定的值,这项值会随着磁场方向、电阻率和频率的变化而发生改变。对此进行比较和描述可以通过垂直于磁场方向的不同截面的尺寸和电流通过不同深度之间的比值完成的。
In order to reduce the loss of the induction heating equipment, stainless steel and copper in this regard by the two kinds of materials in different fields of energy absorption analysis concluded: two kinds of different materials have different resistivity in energy absorption when there is a critical size, in size, energy absorption of stainless steel greater than the energy absorption of copper; in size following, ability of absorption of stainless steel is less than the absorption ability of copper. It is important to note that the critical dimension is not a fixed value that varies with the direction of the field, the resistivity, and the frequency. This comparison and description can be accomplished by varying the size of the cross section perpendicular to the magnetic field and the current through the ratio between different depths.
