摘要
针对碱性锌锰电池高速生产线的钢壳内壁石墨喷涂设备,提出一种可以实时监控喷涂状态的控制系统。在控制设备结构、生产速度以及涂料泵均相同的条件下,与采用EPC-15的控制器的设备相比,采用喷涂状态实时监控系统的设备所生产的产品不良品率减少50%以上,且波动较小。
In view of the high speed production line of the graphite coating system for alkaline Zn/MnO_2 battery steel shell,a kind of control system which could monitor spraying state on real-time was proposed. Under the same conditions of controlling equipment structure,production speed and paint pump,the reject ratio was reduced by more than 50%,which produced by the equipment with the real time monitoring system of graphite coating system compared with the equipment with the EPC-15 controller,and less fluctuating.
