摘要
分别用氟硅酸钾容量法、氯化铵重量法和硅钼蓝光度法测定锂离子电池硅碳混合、复合材料中硅的含量。3种测试方法的结果一致,表明方法可靠可行。校正硅含量后,对硅碳复合材料进行测试,以0.53 A/g的电流在0.01~1.50 V充放电,材料的可逆比容量从1 300 mAh/g修正为1 650 mAh/g;循环280次,材料的比容量仍稳定在1 600 mAh/g以上。
The contents of silicon in silicon/carbon mixed materials and composites for Li-ion battery were determinated by potassium fluorosilicate volumetric analysis,ammonium chloride gravimetric method and silicon molybdenum blue photometric method. The results of these three determination methods were consistent,indicating that the methods were feasible and reliable. The silicon-carbon composite were measured after the silicon content being corrected. When charged-discharged with the current of 0. 53A/g in 0. 01-1. 50 V,the reversible specific capacity of the material was rectified from 1 300 mAh/g to 1 650 mAh/g. When cycled for 280 times,the specific capacity was stable over 1 600 mAh/g.
