建立健全河南省社会养老服务体系问题研究

人口老龄化的持续升级给养老产业带来前所未有的挑战,以《"十三五"国家老龄事业发展和养老体系建设规划》为指导,深度剖析河南省养老服务体系建设情况发现:养老服务供需矛盾突出,养老服务理念和模式也与现实需求脱节;养老服务满意度不高,尚未有针对养老服务的专业教育体系;养老服务主体单一,不能多元化、可持续发展。因此,建立科学、多层次的养老服务体系是应对人口老龄化的必然需求。
