摘要
为了讨论圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧设计中的模糊因素,运用模糊数学,建立了基于直觉模糊层次分析法的圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧模糊数学模型,采用直觉判断矩阵求取指标权重,用得分函数进行打分排序,最后用NSGA—II算法进行验证,当以质量为最小(0.05Kg)时,刚度(70.393)、强度(44.11MPa)也最小;当以刚度(295.61)、强度(147.17MPa)为最大时,质量(2.57Kg)反而最大,这一现象与工程实际相符。结果表明,该方法是一种更具有工程实用价值的综合设计方法 ,为弹簧的优化设计与决策奠定了基础。
In order to discuss the fuzzy factors in the design of cylindrical helical spring,The intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(IFAHP) theory and optimum design method were managed synthetically based on fuzzy mathematics,it uses intuitionistic judgment matrix to calculate the index weight,to rank the evaluation results and to verify the results Using the method of NSGA-II.When takes the quality as the smallest(0.05 Kg),stiffness(70.393),strength(44.11 MPa) is minimum;When takes the stiffness(295.61),strength(147.17 MPa) as the largest,quality(2.57 Kg) is the largest instead,this is consistent with the engineering practice.The result indicates that it is the more engineering practical synthetic designing method.and sets up the base of the optimization and decision-making of the spring design.
