The formation of Subei County in Gansu province the study area falls o vanadium deposit has two basic processes：1,early sedimentary mineralization.2,the later metamorphism makes the useful elements more enriched.This paper is based on the analysis of regional geology,mining geology and characteristics of the deposit.
