摘要
考察了镍转铝动力电池极耳生产工艺中,超声点焊工艺参数对极耳金属带焊接拉力、极耳胶耐电液性能的影响。当先超声转接再贴胶,超声点焊工艺参数为,超声焊能量450J,功率4500W,焊接时间2.0s时,金属带焊接拉力最大,极耳胶耐电液性能最好。
The effects of ultrasonic spot welding process parameters on the welding tension and the electrical properties of the ear glue were investigated in the production process of nickel to aluminum power battery ears.As the ultrasonic transfer paste glue,ultrasonic welding parameters for welding,ultrasonic energy 450 J,power 4500 W,2.0S welding time,welding metal belt tension,the lug resistance performance of the best liquid glue.
