儿童白塞病致椎动脉瘤一例
摘要
患儿 男,13岁,2个月前无明显诱因出现左上肢钝痛伴后背轻微痛而于2012年9月17日入院,病程中无吞咽困难及进食不适.否认既往外伤史、感染病史.体检：心肺检查均未见异常.左侧锁骨上窝饱满,并触及一大小约3 cm×3 cm的质韧肿物,表面光滑伴压痛,活动度不明显.血尿常规、肝脏生化检查及肿瘤标记物检测均未见异常.
