电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定耐火材料中的锆

摘要 试样以无水碳酸钠-硼砂混合熔剂熔融,盐酸浸取,通过对熔融温度、酸度控制、基体元素、仪器参数等进行探讨,确定了ICP光谱法测定耐火材料中锆的最佳测定条件,取得了理想效果。本方法回收率在98%-101%之间,相对标准偏差小于0.60%。 The samples were melted with a mixture of anhydrous sodium carbonate and borax, which were lixiviated by acid, the method was discussed according to melting temperature, controlling acidity, matrix elements and instrument Parametersetc. The optimum determination condition was finalized about Zirconium in refractory materials by inductively coupledplasma emission spectrometry, and achieved ideal results. The recoveries of the method were between 98% and 101%. Therelative standard deviation was lower than 0.60%.
