摘要
为使PFMEA分析方法在汽车用钢产品研发过程中得到更加有效的应用,结合钢铁产品生产特点和钢铁企业运行方式,分别制定PFMEA严重度、频度和探测度的评估打分方法:依据汽车板产品的失效方式和生产过程中的故障环节,确定严重度评价准则;依据钢铁行业的质量控制水平,确定频度评价准则;依据钢铁产品的常用检测方法和生产过程监控方法,确定探测度评价准则。
In order to make PFMEA analysis method more effectively used in development of automobile steel products, theevaluation criteria of severity, frequency and detection of PFMEA were respectively made, considering steel product featuresand steel enterprises operation mode. The evaluation criterion of severity was determined according to the failure mode andfault factor in production of automobile plates, the evaluation criterion of frequency was determined according to the qualitycontrol level of steel plants, and the evaluation criterion of detection was determined according to the common inspectionmethods of products and on-line detection techniques.
