充气式胸腰固定马甲在长航中治疗非特异性腰背痛的疗效观察 被引量:2

Curative effects of inflatable thoracolumbar fixation vest on nonspecific low-back pain among naval afloat personnel during prolonged deployment at sea

摘要 目的观察充气式胸腰固定马甲在长航中治疗非特异性腰背痛的疗效。方法将长航编队3艘舰艇的179例非特异性腰背痛患者按接诊日期随机编为药物理疗组(PMFPP组)、加用普通腰围治疗组(TLG+PMFPP组)和联合穿戴胸腰固定马甲治疗组(ITLV+PMFPP组),3组均采用药物和中频脉冲物理治疗,后2组分别联合普通腰围和穿戴充气胸腰固定马甲治疗。记录治疗前后疼痛评分及治疗后症状持续时间,行组间比较。结果ITLV+PMFPP组总有效率为96.83%,TLG+PMFPP组为94.74%,PMFPP组为98.31%,3组疗效比较差异元统计学意义(P〉0.05)。ITLV+PMFPP组治疗后疼痛持续时间较另2组明显缩短(P〈0.05)。结论充气胸腰固定马甲在长航中治疗非特异性腰背痛可迅速缓解症状和缩短症状持续时间。 Objective To observe curative effects of inflatable thoracolumbar fixation vest on nonspecific low-back pain among naval afloat personnel during prolonged deployment at sea. Methods The 179 patients with nonspecific low-back pain from the 3 naval vessels of the flotilla were randomly divided into 3 groups in accordance with the sequence of medical date: i.e. the pharmacotherapy and medium frequency pulse physiotherapy group (the PMFPP group) (or the control group), the traditional lumbar girdle + PMFPP group ( the TLG + PMFPP group) and the inflatable thoracolumbar fixation vest + PMFPP group ( ITLFV + PMFPP group). The patients in the 3 groups all received PMFPP treatment, but the patients of the 2 other groups were respectively supplemented with traditional lumbar girdle and inflatable thoracolumbar fixation vest. VSA scores before and after treatment and post-treatment pain duration were recorded for the evaluation of clinical outcomes between the 3 groups. Results Total effective rates of the ITLFV + PMFPP group, the TLG + PMFPP group and PMFPP group were respectively 96.83%, 94.74% and 98.31%. No statistical significance could be noted, when comparisons were made between the 3 groups (P 〉0. 05). However, post-treatment pain duration for the ITLFV + PMFPP group was significantly shortened as compared with those of the other 2 groups (P 〉 O. 05 ). Conclusions During prolonged deployment at sea, the inflatable thoracolumbar fixation vest could quickly alleviate symptoms and shorten pain duration in the treatment of nonspecific low-back pain.
